On 16 July 2026, XPENG staged its Brand Day and L03 Global Launch Event in Munich, unveiling a new model scheduled to enter 65 markets within the year. The initiative expands the firm’s international product portfolio and signals heightened push into overseas markets.

Furthering its global footprint, XPENG disclosed a long-term strategy for Australia that targets the introduction of five new models in 2H 2026 and an enlarged local sales and service network. In parallel, the company confirmed plans to commence global deployment of its in-house VLA 2.0–powered Next Generation Pilot (NGP) intelligent-driving system in 2027.

From January to July 2026, XPENG’s EV fleet is projected to cut life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 3.23 million tons versus comparable internal-combustion vehicles, equivalent to the carbon absorption of 53.75 million young trees over a decade.
