On November 19, 2025, Lender A (ASTRUM Capital Management Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ASTRUM FIN (08333)), Lender B (Penta Securities Limited), and Lender C (Kingston Securities Limited) entered into a loan financing agreement with the borrower, Truesense Trading Limited. The lenders have agreed to provide a combined loan facility of up to HKD 430 million, solely for the purpose of funding the payment of target shares (ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the target company, Tian Ge Interactive (01980)) under the offer.

Under this agreement, Lender A will provide a loan facility of up to HKD 110 million, Lender B will provide a loan facility of up to HKD 120 million, and Lender C will provide a loan facility of up to HKD 200 million to the borrower.
