China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has announced that the 2025 third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on December 24, 2025, at No. 1 Building, 9 Naoshikou Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. Four resolutions have been proposed: (1) remuneration settlement for directors for 2023, (2) remuneration settlement for supervisors for 2023, (3) election of a non-executive director, and (4) approval of charitable donations to support fire rescue and relief in Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po District, Hong Kong.

The register of holders of H Shares will be closed from December 19, 2025, to December 24, 2025 (both days inclusive). Shareholders whose names appear on the H Share register by the close of business on December 18, 2025, will be entitled to attend and vote at the EGM. Any intended share transfers must be lodged with the H Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on December 18, 2025.

The notice specifies procedures for proxy appointments and reminds shareholders that all votes at the EGM will be taken by poll. The meeting is expected to last for half a day, and all attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Shareholders or proxies should bring relevant identity documents for registration. The notice also clarifies that in the case of joint shareholdings, the senior holder casting a vote will have priority according to the sequence of names on the register.
