In a recent internal address, JD.com's founder Richard Liu commented on the employment outlook for the company's management trainees, stating that those who leave JD.com can easily secure new positions and are likely to receive salary increases. He emphasized that the company's primary concern is safeguarding the jobs of its hundreds of thousands of employees, including blue-collar workers, amid technological advancements.

Liu introduced JD.com's internal "Nirvana Project," aimed at preserving numerous blue-collar positions. In response to the new technological wave, JD.com has established over 80 robot bases across the country. These facilities train blue-collar workers in new skills such as robot maintenance, aiming to elevate them into higher-income, socially valued technical roles, effectively transitioning blue-collar workers into white-collar positions.

Liu expressed confidence in the company's culture and the value employees find in their work, noting that their efforts contribute not just to him personally but to the broader world. The initiative underscores JD.com's commitment to employee development and job security in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
