Manycore Tech Inc. disclosed that on 23 April 2026 it issued and allotted 24.09 million ordinary shares following the full exercise of the over-allotment option previously announced on 20 April 2026.

The new shares were priced at HKD 7.62 each and represent 1.42% of the company’s issued share capital prior to the transaction.

Post-issuance, the company’s total outstanding shares increased from 1.70 billion to 1.73 billion, while treasury share balances remained unchanged.

The board confirmed that the allotment complied with all relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
