The board confirmed that, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing initiative effective since 31 December 2023, YNBY INTL will distribute all future corporate communications—such as annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—electronically. Printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon shareholder request.

Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by: 1. Scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form, or 2. Completing and returning the reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
