JINTAI ENERGY H (02728) announced that Mr. Jiang Hao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 28, 2025, due to his need to dedicate more time to other business commitments. Consequently, Mr. Jiang Hao also ceased to serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee on the same date. Following Mr. Jiang Hao's resignation from the Audit Committee, Ms. Bai Jie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee to succeed Mr. Jiang Hao, effective from October 28, 2025.
