On 30 April 2026, CBK Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (https://cbkholdings.etnet.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report have been mailed to shareholders who previously requested hard-copy corporate communications, while the ESG Report is being provided online only.

Non-registered shareholders—those whose CBK Holdings shares are held through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS)—may request printed copies at any time by writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8428-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). If no valid address is provided via HKSCC Nominees, email notifications will not be sent.
