OUE Real Estate Investment Trust said on Apr, 24 2026 that it has issued 5,379,404 new units at 0.3551 Singapore dollars each, raising roughly 1.9 million Singapore dollars to settle 50% of the manager’s base fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

The units were allotted directly to OUE Limited under an arrangement with the manager, lifting OUE REIT’s total outstanding units to 5,529,996,355.
