The proposed ABS issuance will be divided into senior ABS and subordinated ABS, and may utilize a rollover or non-rollover issuance model. Furthermore, the company's controlling shareholder, SANY Group Co., Ltd., intends to subscribe for all of the subordinated ABS under the proposed issuance, with a cumulative subscription amount not exceeding RMB 1 billion. The company itself intends to act as the liquidity shortfall payment guarantor, firmly committing to cover any shortfall if funds in the specific plan account are insufficient to pay relevant taxes, fees, and the expected returns for the senior ABS.
