BYD Company Limited (ASX: BYDDY) has released its production and sales update for May.

The company sold 383,453 vehicles during the month.

This total includes 376,990 passenger vehicles.

Year-to-date sales have reached a cumulative 1,405,039 units.

BYD also stated that it exported 160,644 new energy vehicles in May 2026.
