VOBILE GROUP has issued an announcement regarding changes to its board of directors.

The company has appointed Mr. Benjamin Russell Smith as an executive director, with his appointment taking effect from July 12, 2026.

Concurrently, the board has been notified that Mr. Wang Weijun has resigned from his position as an executive director due to other personal and business commitments.

In a separate appointment, Ms. Chen Junlin has been designated as an authorized representative of the company.
