CHIHO ENV (00976) has officially announced a significant leadership reshuffle, effective from August 17, 2026. The company's board of directors has approved a series of executive appointments aimed at strengthening its corporate governance and operational framework.

Under the new structure, executive director Mr. Fu Tao has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Concurrently, executive director Mr. Yao Xiang has been named the company's Chief Executive Officer, marking a fresh chapter in the firm's strategic leadership.

In addition, executive director Mr. Yang Wei will now serve as Chairman of both the Strategy and Investment Committee and the Pricing Committee, while executive director Ms. Zhou Shuli has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee.
