China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited published its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 November 2025. The company reported that the total number of issued ordinary shares remained at 6,282,510,461 with no treasury shares, showing no change from the preceding month.

Under its share option scheme, the company indicated that no share options were outstanding at the close of the preceding month and no new shares were issued during November. However, up to 628,450,646 shares may be issued upon exercise of the options under the scheme, which was approved on 12 December 2017.
