Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. (R&F Properties) informed registered holders on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form have been posted on both the company website (www.rfchina.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are available to shareholders upon request at no charge.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07) that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company has now formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms.

Shareholders are urged to supply a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by submitting the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services. Those who do not provide an email address will be deemed to have consented to access future materials online without email notifications; they must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.

Holders may opt to receive hard-copy documents by notifying the registrar via the reply form or by emailing guangzhour&f@computershare.com.hk, specifying name and address. Such printed-copy requests remain effective for one year from receipt.

If shareholders do not register an email address, R&F Properties will continue to mail printed versions of actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—while other materials will be available exclusively online.
