However, the board hereby informs the company's shareholders and potential investors that the company is currently in negotiations with a potential vendor regarding a property acquisition matter. As of the date of this announcement, the parties have not entered into any final and/or legally binding agreement or contract regarding the acquisition, therefore, the acquisition may or may not proceed.
