CHINA POWER (02380) announced that Mr. Gao Ping has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, President, and member of the company's Risk Management Committee, Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Executive Committee due to other work commitments, effective October 30, 2025.

From the same date, Mr. Zhao Yonggang has been appointed as Executive Director and President of the company. Additionally, Mr. Zhao Yonggang will assume Mr. Gao Ping's former roles on the Risk Management Committee, Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Executive Committee.
