Acrophyte Hospitality Trust, a stapled group comprising Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust and Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust, held its 7th Annual General Meeting at The Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre on Apr, 29 2026.

Stapled securityholders approved the FY2025 audited financial statements and the accompanying reports with 178.31 million votes (97.86%) in favour and 3.90 million votes (2.14%) against.

Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as independent auditors until the next AGM, with 178.31 million votes (97.86%) supporting the resolution and 3.90 million votes (2.14%) opposing.

Securityholders also authorised the managers to issue new stapled securities and/or convertible instruments, passing the general mandate with 172.31 million votes (94.57%) for and 9.90 million votes (5.43%) against.

Chief Executive Officer Lee Jin Yong confirmed his resignation effective Jul, 15 2026 and provided updates on refinancing plans and portfolio renovation funding during a presentation on the trust’s FY2025 performance. The meeting concluded at 11:28 a.m.
