On August 28, 2026, Man Chun Chan disposed of 220,000 shares of AMS TRANSPORT (00077) at an average of HKD 0.55 per share, involving about HKD 121,000.

Prior to the disposal, Man Chun Chan's long position in AMS TRANSPORT was 3.76 million shares, representing 1.38%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 3.54 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 1.3%.
