After this departure, Ms. Wang Xinge no longer holds any position in the company or its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Public data shows that her original term was scheduled to end on February 21, 2027. According to her public career history, Ms. Wang Xinge has long been engaged in management in the petroleum engineering field, possessing extensive experience in central enterprise operations. She previously served as Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the same company, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd., deeply participating in the full-process business management and strategic layout of the petroleum engineering sector.
Simultaneously, the company disclosed another executive adjustment: Mr. Yu Guofeng applied to resign from his position as Board Secretary due to an internal job change, with the resignation procedures officially taking effect on August 14, 2026. His original term was also scheduled to end on February 21, 2027. This adjustment involves only the full-time Board Secretary role; Mr. Yu Guofeng remains part of the company's management team and will continue his duties as Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union. According to his career profile, Mr. Yu Guofeng previously held positions including Director of the Corporate Culture Department at China Petroleum International Engineering Co., Ltd., and Director of the General Manager's Office, Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the General Manager's Office at the Engineering Construction Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation.
