Cloud Factory Technology Holdings Limited has named Red Solar Capital Limited as its compliance adviser for a two-year term starting 6 May 2026.

The appointment follows the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s disciplinary action, detailed in a Statement dated 14 April 2026, which cited breaches of Listing Rules by the company and certain former and current directors. Under the Listing Committee’s direction, Red Solar Capital will provide ongoing guidance on Listing Rule compliance.

Red Solar Capital is licensed by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities.

Cloud Factory’s board currently comprises three executive directors—Chairman and CEO Sun Tao, Jiang Yanqiu and Ji Lijun—and three independent non-executive directors—Zheng Qi, Xu Ronghua and Zhou Qianqian.
