SANXUN GROUP (06611) announced that the board recently noted a complaint regarding the appointment of an interim receiver over the shares of the company's controlling shareholder, Q Kun Ltd. (beneficially owned by Mr. Qian Kun). Upon verification, in accordance with an order issued by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of the British Virgin Islands on January 16, 2024, Mr. John Nicholas Greenwood has been appointed as the interim receiver (without security) over all shares held by Mr. Qian Kun in Q Kun Ltd.
