Shenzhen DOBOT Corp Ltd announced that its planned A-share issuance and listing on the ChiNext Market has been cleared by the Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

At the bourse’s 45th review meeting held on 22 July 2026, the committee concluded that Dobot meets the requirements for share issuance, listing and information disclosure. This endorsement allows the company to move to the next regulatory stage.

The proposed offering remains contingent on final authorisation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Dobot cautioned shareholders and potential investors that there is no certainty the transaction will ultimately proceed or be completed.

The company previously disclosed its intention to pursue a domestic A-share listing in announcements dated 29 December 2025, 13 March 2026 and 27 April 2026, as well as in a circular issued on 18 March 2026. Further updates will be released in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and other applicable regulations.
