Wing Tai Holdings completes sale of Suzhou development unit for 21.7 million Singapore dollars

Wing Tai Holdings Limited announced the completion of its divestment of 100% equity interest in Jiaxin (Suzhou) Property Development Co., Ltd. on Dec, 10 2025.

The transaction was executed through the group’s 75%-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Property Development Pte. Ltd., which signed a Share Transfer Agreement on Jul, 3 2025 to sell Jiaxin to Suzhou Wantai Tuode Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. for RMB119.2 million (about 21.7 million Singapore dollars) in cash.

Following the disposal, Jiaxin will no longer be a subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings. The company said the deal was carried out in the ordinary course of business and is not expected to have a material effect on the group’s net asset value.
