On November 11, JD.com announced during its 11.11 media open day that its food delivery service, officially launched in March this year, has exceeded 25 million daily orders. The platform has onboarded over 2 million merchants and employs more than 150,000 full-time delivery riders.
Additionally, 7FRESH Kitchen, which opened in July, achieved a three-day repurchase rate three times higher than the industry average. The service also boosted order volumes for quality restaurants within a 3-kilometer radius by over 12%.
