Emperador to Back EUR300 Million Loan Refinancing for International Unit

Emperador Inc. said on Mar, 30 2026 that it, together with Emperador Distillers Inc., will guarantee a EUR300 million three-year syndicated loan facility for wholly owned subsidiary Emperador International Ltd.

The new facility is being arranged and underwritten by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Singapore Branch, Bank of China Hong Kong and DBS Bank, and will be priced at a margin over the applicable EURIBOR screen rate.

Proceeds will be used to refinance amounts outstanding under a facility dated Nov, 10 2023 that carried the same guarantors.
