Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “XIAO NOODLES,” stock code 2408) has confirmed a final offer price of HK$7.04 per H Share. The global offering consists of 97,364,500 H Shares (subject to an Over-allotment Option), including 9,736,500 H Shares offered in Hong Kong and 87,628,000 H Shares offered internationally. Upon completion of the offering and before any Over-allotment Option exercise, net proceeds are approximately HK$617.0 million.

The Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed around 425.97 times, allocating 9,736,500 shares (10% of the global offering). The international offering was subscribed 4.99 times with a final allocation of 87,628,000 shares. Cornerstone investors have subscribed for an aggregate of 24,292,500 shares, subject to a six-month lock-up period. Existing shareholders, covering a total of 286,528,950 shares, are subject to a 12-month lock-up period under applicable PRC law.

Listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is scheduled to commence on December 5, 2025. The H Shares will be traded in board lots of 500. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in or investing in the shares. The total number of issued shares upon listing is expected to be 710,689,300, without taking into account any possible exercise of the Over-allotment Option.
