Seven Elements AGM: 100% Support Secured for All Resolutions, Shareholders Back Capital Mandates

Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited reported that every motion tabled at the 21 August 2026 annual general meeting received full shareholder approval by poll.

A total of 1.82 billion shares—representing 29.37% of the 6.20 billion shares outstanding—were voted. All resolutions attracted 100% votes “FOR” and zero votes “AGAINST”.

Key approvals: • 2025/26 audited results: The consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 were adopted. • Board composition: Five executive directors (Meng Zhaoyi, Wen Xiaojian, Wang Jerry Gerui, Ip Yik Nam JP, Sze-to Kin Keung) and three independent non-executive directors (Hui Chin Tong Godfrey, Ye Longfei, Yu Chor On) were all re-elected. • Director remuneration: The board was authorised to determine pay levels. • Auditor: Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited was re-appointed, with remuneration control delegated to the board. • Capital authorities: Shareholders granted general mandates for (1) issuance and allotment of new shares, (2) repurchase of shares, and (3) an extension allowing repurchased shares to be added to the issuance mandate.

Compliance notes: No shareholders were required to abstain, no special voting arrangements were needed under Listing Rule 13.40, and Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer. All directors attended the meeting either in person or via video/teleconference.
