Another proposal involves changing its English name from “China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited” to “China Green Broad Ecological Technology Company Limited,” and its Chinese name from “中國綠地博大綠澤集團有限公司” to “中國綠博生態科技集團有限公司.” If approved, the company will file the necessary documents with the relevant authorities, and existing share certificates will remain valid as legal title.

These adjustments stem partly from share price considerations and aim to streamline trading by raising the overall transaction value per board lot.
