Central China Securities (01375) has announced a revised proxy form for its 2025 first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for 22 December 2025. The meeting will take place at 9:30 a.m. in the Conference Room on the 17th Floor of Zhongyuan Guangfa Financial Building, located at No. 10 Shangwu Waihuan Road, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China.

The main resolution involves the election of three independent non-executive directors, namely Wang Hui, Wang Huixuan, and Du Xiaotang, under a cumulative voting system. Each share grants a number of votes equal to the number of candidates, allowing shareholders the flexibility to distribute votes among the candidates. The completed proxy form, along with any necessary supporting documentation, must be delivered to the designated H shares registrar in Hong Kong at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
