A signing ceremony for major artificial intelligence projects was held in Chongqing on September 3rd, marking a significant step in the city's tech development. The People's Government of Dadukou District officially inked cooperation agreements with 沐曦股份 (MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) and 原力无限 (Infinite Force Technology Holding (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.) to launch deep, multi-faceted collaborations in their respective fields.

沐曦股份 is dedicated to developing a full-stack, high-performance GPU chip and computing platform, providing crucial computing power for AI training, inference, graphic rendering, and scientific intelligence. As part of the agreement, the company will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dadukou District, build a local R&D and market operations team, and leverage regional industrial resources and computing infrastructure to deepen cooperation in smart connected vehicles and domestic computing power infrastructure.

Chen Weiliang, founder, chairman, and general manager of 沐曦股份, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, "We are willing to work with Chongqing, Dadukou District, and all partners to explore new pathways for integrating domestic high-performance GPUs with Chongqing's advantageous industries, using independent computing power as a foundation and industry scenarios as a guide. We aim to better serve the real economy with AI technology and contribute to cultivating new quality productive forces and building a modern industrial system."

原力无限 is a high-end embodied intelligence company specializing in developing embodied brains and a full-stack AI infrastructure layout. Their core mission is to create embodied brain systems for real-world applications and build a complete 'one brain, multiple bodies, multiple scenarios' product ecosystem. The company has already registered a wholly-owned, independent legal entity subsidiary in Dadukou District, which will function as their Southwest regional headquarters integrating research, production, sales, and operations.

Bai Huiyuan, chairman and CEO of 原力无限, outlined their strategic vision: "After the project is established, we will firmly base ourselves in Chongqing's distinctive and advantageous industries, strive to create benchmark demonstration projects, and drive technology from R&D to large-scale application, so that embodied intelligence can create real value in production environments. At the same time, we look forward to leveraging these demonstration projects to connect with partners across the industrial chain and jointly cultivate an open, shared technological innovation ecosystem." He further added that the company will take root in Dadukou and grow with Chongqing, using technological innovation to serve the city's '15th Five-Year Plan' AI development strategy, helping to establish Chongqing as a national leader in embodied intelligence.

Zhang Guo, Party Secretary of Dadukou District, highlighted the district's strategic direction. "Since 2025, Dadukou has seized the opportunities in AI development, positioning embodied intelligence as the core engine for high-quality growth and a key track for industrial breakthrough," he said. He believes the signing of these two enterprises will effectively aggregate innovation elements, activate industrial potential, and help Dadukou accelerate the construction of a complete embodied intelligence industry chain covering 'chips, computing power, brains, and bodies,' solidifying its status as Chongqing's core hub for this sector.
