China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (00916) announced that, following a resolution by the sixth board of directors, Mr. Gong Yufei has been appointed as the chairman of the sixth board. His term will commence from the approval date of the board meeting and continue until the end of the sixth board's tenure.

The sixth board has also reappointed Mr. Wang Liqiang as the company's general manager, Ms. Yang Wenjing as the chief accountant, and Ms. Ding Ying as the deputy general manager and board secretary. Additionally, Mr. Xia Hui, Mr. Wang Qi, Mr. Li Xingyun, and Mr. Shi Wenyi have been appointed as deputy general managers.
