The placement agreement's conditions have all been satisfied, and the completion of the placement was finalized on January 22, 2026, in accordance with its terms. Pursuant to the agreement, 11.2 million placement shares, representing approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance, have been successfully placed by the placing agent. The shares were allocated to no fewer than six placees at a price of HK$0.80 per share.
