CN Logistics International Holdings Limited has issued a positive profit alert, indicating that unaudited consolidated figures for the six months ended 30 June 2026 point to net profit growth of at least 50 percent versus the same period in 2025.

The logistics provider attributes the anticipated earnings improvement to three factors:

1. Robust expansion in e-commerce shipment volumes from China and Hong Kong to African and European markets. 2. A notable rise in air-freight volumes handled by its Greater China offices. 3. Higher overall handling volumes across regional offices, driven primarily by stronger demand for freight-forwarding services involving North and Southeast Asia.

Management cautions that the figures are based on preliminary internal accounts that have neither been audited nor reviewed by external auditors. The company plans to publish its full interim results by the end of August 2026.

Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the reviewed interim report is released.
