Beijing, China - CICC (03908) has announced its intention to issue corporate bonds to professional investors, with a maximum total size of 6 billion yuan. This issuance marks the sixth tranche under the company's 2026 registration program and is structured with two distinct variants.
The first variant, designated as "26 CICC 11," will have an issuance scale capped at 6 billion yuan (inclusive), while the second variant, known as "26 CICC 12," carries the same 6 billion yuan ceiling. Collectively, the combined issuance of both variants shall not exceed the 6 billion yuan limit. Each bond will have a face value of 100 yuan, offered at a par price of 100 yuan per unit.
Regarding pricing, the coupon rate for variant one will be determined within an inquiry range of 1.10% to 2.10% (inclusive), whereas variant two's coupon rate will fall within a band of 1.20% to 2.20% (inclusive). The final coupon rates will be established through a book-building process, with the issuer and lead underwriters setting the rates within the specified ranges in accordance with national regulations and offline inquiry results.
