CHI SILVER GP (00815) announced that the company has received a partial payment of HK$12.15 million (corresponding to 27 million shares to be subscribed) under Subscription Agreement E. As the conditions precedent under the agreement have been fulfilled, the subscription agreement was partially completed on December 19, 2025 (partial completion of subscription). For the remaining subscription of 55 million shares under Subscription Agreement E, completion is expected to occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. The company will make further announcements regarding the completion of the remaining subscription if necessary.
