Mr. Zhuang Zhiyi has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company, and has simultaneously ceased to serve as chairman of the board and as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from September 30, 2026, due to other business commitments.

Mr. Xie Huanzhang, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as chairman of the board and authorized representative of the company, effective from September 30, 2026.
