FUTURE DATA (08229) has announced that Mr. Leung Ho Ming, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting. Consequently, following the conclusion of the AGM, Mr. Leung has stepped down from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

As a result of Mr. Leung's departure, the Board of Directors announced the following changes to the composition of the Board Committees, effective May 27, 2026: Mr. Leung has ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Dr. Liu Xiao, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.
