Golden Leaf International Group Limited announced the formal publication of its 2026 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on 31 July 2026. The full report can now be accessed on the HKEXnews website as well as the company’s own site (www.glint.com.hk). Printed copies will continue to be supplied free of charge to registered shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery or who encounter difficulties accessing the online version.

In line with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company confirmed adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—under GEM Listing Rule 16.04A. Both language versions will be provided online in place of physical mailings.

To ensure timely notifications, shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key points of the new arrangement: • Absence of a valid email address means shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must proactively check HKEXnews and the company website. • Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will still be sent in printed form if no email address is on record. • Shareholders preferring hard copies of routine communications may request them for up to one year by written notice or email to enquiry@glint.com.hk.
