Capital Realm (00204) announced that as of 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 (being the deadline for the placing agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares), all 153 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed at HK$1.00 per share, which equals the subscription price under the placing. Consequently, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to non-participating shareholders under the placing.
