SYNERTONE (01613) announced that its subsidiary has completed the disposal of approximately 66.67% of the issued share capital of MOX Group Limited for HK$2.5 million. All preconditions under the agreement for the disposal have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed on September 25, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Following completion, the target company and its subsidiaries are no longer subsidiaries of the company.
