According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, WellCell is entering the crypto‑payments arena and will launch its inaugural mobile app, 「Fopay,」 on July 21, 2025, offering a one‑stop payment platform. Built on the concept of stablecoin‑based crypto payments, Fopay currently provides stablecoin custody and prepaid‑card payment services through several licensed partners.
