Elite UK REIT Sets 16 Mar 2026 Start for Dual Currency Trading of Units

Elite UK REIT (MXNU) will introduce dual currency trading of its units on the Singapore Exchange from Mar, 16 2026, adding a Singapore dollar counter alongside its existing pound sterling counter.

The pound-denominated units will continue to trade as “EliteUKREIT GBP” under stock code MXNU, while the new Singapore dollar counter will trade as “EliteUKREIT SGD” with stock code MENU.

Both counters are scheduled to open for trading at 9:00 a.m. local time on the effective date.

The announcement was released on Mar, 12 2026 by Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of the trust.
