China Graphite Group Limited released its monthly return on movements in securities for November 2025. According to the report, the authorized share capital remained unchanged at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.001, maintaining a total authorized capital of HKD 2,000,000.

The total issued shares stood at 1,600,000,000 ordinary shares at the close of the month, showing no increase or decrease. The company also disclosed that under a share option scheme adopted on 21 June 2022, up to 160,000,000 shares may potentially be issued; however, no new shares were issued during the reporting period. There were no treasury shares, warrants, or convertibles outstanding. The company confirmed that all relevant listing requirements have been met, and the return was submitted by an executive director on 03 December 2025.
