The July contract for the Hang Seng Index night futures closed at 24,917 points on July 17, declining by 73 points or 0.292%, and traded at a 92-point discount to the underlying index.

The total number of open contracts stood at 119,919, a decrease of 28,186 contracts. The net open interest was reported at 46,043 contracts, down by 5,062 contracts.
