Info-Tech Systems Ltd. (ITS) announced on Jan, 15 2026 that it will introduce an integrated cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. The product is scheduled to be officially rolled out on Feb, 2 2026.

The new CRM will link seamlessly with the group’s existing human resource management system and accounting software, allowing users to manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, workforce data and financial records within a single ecosystem.

Key functions include end-to-end sales workflow from lead capture to invoicing, integration with Google and Facebook advertising channels, embedded payment links for faster collections, and synchronisation with HRMS to align sales assignments with staff availability. A mobile app with GPS attendance and facial recognition, as well as AI tools for email drafting and lead insights, are also part of the offering.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Babu Dilip said the launch supports the company’s product expansion strategy and is intended to address challenges such as fragmented sales processes and lead follow-up inefficiencies faced by SMEs.
