The surge follows the recent news that the company has formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Tengrui Pharmaceutical. The partnership will focus on integrating innovative technologies to advance chronic disease management services towards greater specialization and digital intelligence, particularly in the areas of "AI + chronic disease services" and full-cycle health management.

According to the cooperation plan, the two parties will prioritize synergy in two key dimensions. The first is resource integration, combining Tengrui Pharmaceutical's innovative R&D capabilities with Ark Jianke's AI-powered chronic disease service platform to establish a new benchmark for health management value.

The second dimension is digital intelligence enablement. By leveraging AI technology, the collaboration aims to continuously expand the scenarios for full-cycle health services, thereby better meeting patients' long-term and personalized health management needs.
