Manycore Tech Inc. announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

• Deciding on the publication of the interim financial report.

• Considering the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

The meeting will also address other routine corporate matters.
