Sunac Services Holdings Limited disclosed a share buy-back of 800,000 ordinary shares on 28 May 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 0.92 to HKD 0.93 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.9273. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.74 million.

The repurchased shares—equivalent to 0.03% of Sunac Services’ outstanding share count of 3.03 billion—are intended for cancellation and had not yet been cancelled as at the reporting date. Following cancellation, the total issued share capital will decline correspondingly.

Under its current mandate, Sunac Services is authorised to repurchase up to 304.90 million shares; the latest transaction utilises 0.26% of that quota, leaving substantial capacity for further buy-backs. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, ending on 27 June 2026.
