On Friday, the three major US stock indices all closed lower. The Hang Seng Index ADR also declined, finishing at 27,158.76 points on a pro-rata basis, down 228.35 points or 0.83% from its Hong Kong close. Most large-cap blue-chip stocks fell, although HSBC Holdings ended at HK$137.53, up 0.68% from its Hong Kong closing price. Conversely, Tencent Holdings closed at HK$596.857, a decrease of 1.51% compared to its Hong Kong settlement.
